CHC Dental Clinic offers preventive and restorative services for children and adults of all ages.

They focus on early detection for all children and sealants for school-age children.

They accept patients who are covered by Medicaid (e.g: DSHS, Provider One, Apple, Basic Health Plus and more), Tri-Care Dental (In support of our service personnel whose families meet income qualifications, there are no out-of-pocket cost for covered services) and most private insurance.

They also offer a sliding scale based on income and family size for those who are uninsured or uninsured.

•  Cleanings
•  Extractions
•  Composites
•  Night Guards
•  Space Maintainers
•  Broken Teeth

Hours of operation:

• Between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM on Monday to Saturday
• Closed from 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM on Monday to Friday
• Closed from 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM on Saturday
