Fees:

• The dental clinic will accept most major insurance plans and self pay.
• A sliding fee scale is available for qualified patients without insurance.

Eligibility:

• The Center for Dental Health will treat patients age 3 and older.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
