Community Health Connection Dentistry accept patients with SoonerCare, Medicaid, Aetna and Delta Dental.

For uninsured patients they offer a sliding fee scale based on you income.

Dental Hours: 

Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am 5:00 pm. 

Friday, 8:00 am 1:00 pm. 

Saturday, 8:30 am 12:30 pm.
